The Firm

Max Kaiser Barents-von Hohenhagen
Max Kaiser is partner in our firm and has broad experience advising on national and international business matters. His practice includes Commercial Law, national and international tax consultancy, international double taxation, transactions, corporate restructuring solutions, mergers and acquisitions, Contract Law, foreign investment regimes and Real Estate Law.
He provides counselling in all business transactional matters, including company takeover and acquisition processes, corporate restructuring processes, corporate governance, contractual and tax matters, as well as income-tax preparations.
He previously worked for Harris Gomez Group and for Rodríguez Rosende Abogados.
Mr. Kaiser finished Law School at Universidad del Desarrollo in 2012. In 2013, he pursued a Graduate Certificate in Tax Planning from the same university. Furthermore, in 2015 he earned a Master in Tax Management and Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and in 2018 he obtained an LLM in Business Law (MBL) from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well.

Rosa Pérez de Oña
Rosa Pérez de Oña is a partner lawyer in our firm, has broad experience advising on national and international business matters. Her practice includes Commercial Law, transactions, corporate restructuring solutions, mergers and acquisitions, Contract Law, Labour Law and Real Estate Law.
She provides counselling in all business transactional matters, including company takeover and acquisition processes, corporate restructuring processes, corporate governance, contractual and labour matters, as well as real estate law.
She has an experience of more than 10 years both in Spain and Chile and worked, among other studies, at EY Spain and at Rodriguez Rosende Abogados in Chile.
She studied law at the Complutense University of Madrid, graduating as a lawyer in 2005. In 2007 she obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advice from the Instituto de Empresa. In 2012 she took a course on Legal and Tax Aspects of company restructuring and acquisition operations at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía.

Axel Kaiser Barents-von Hohenhagen
Axel Kaiser is lawyer and partner in our firm. He has broad expertise in Corporate Law and his working areas include the analysis of the political risk on investments and macroeconomic fundamentals and institutional weaknesses.
He studied Law at Universidad Diego Portales. He holds a Master of Laws in International Law (Investments, Trade and Arbitration), a Master of Arts in American Studies as well as a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Heidelberg University.
At the same time, Kaiser is co-founder of Idealis, a legal recruiting company and Director of the Friedrich von Hayek seminar at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
Mr. Kaiser has worked extensively as international lecturer and has authored several books on economics and politics.
